WCI was formed with the desire to fulfill a growing need for high quality customer service within the office furniture installation industry.   Though we may be a new company we are backed by decades of experience possessed by our management.

Before starting into a family owned venture John Smith spent 12 years as a manager and 18 more years as president and partner at other installation companies. 

His son, Shane Smith, followed into the trade and has filled the roles of installer and project manager for the past since 1998.

His son-in-law, Philip Wells, joined the family business out of entrepreneurial spirit and looking to utilize his long developed mechanical abilities in a new field.
